Quick Snacks



When you have lots of kids running around you, you sure are bound to get creative with food…at least that’s what I do.  My husband and  children are my tasters and give me the “thumbs up” sign for every meal or snack I prepare.
Today I will show you how to make Fish Empanadas. It’s pretty simple and you will love it.x


For the dough:
500g pastry flour

1 tbsp Baking powder
150g margarine
1 tsp tumeric powder or curry powder

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

For the filling:
1 can Sardine
1 can of flaked tuna
2 onions, chopped
2 small pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 clove of garlic, chopped
2 grated carrots
1 chopped green bell pepper
